The problem is with the React version.
There is a code snippet inside of React-dnd .
(DragDropContext.Consumer, null, null), the value of DragDropContext.Consumer is undefined.

The Consumer object is created with the React.createContext () function.
Your React version may not have this function.

Downgrading from react-sortable-tree@2.6.2 to react-sortable-tree@2.6.0 seems to work with react@16.8.6
