According to https://inveniordm.docs.cern.ch/develop/howtos/override_components/, React components can be overriden to allow customization. This does not work for the overrides in https://github.com/front-matter/invenio-rdm-starter/tree/main/assets/js/invenio_app_rdm/overridableRegistry.

I want to override resource-type and license, as they are always the same for Rogue Scholar (preprint and open).
