As an Organization
I want to get in touch with FFF speakers
So that I can invite them to come speak at my organisation/event
According to My, who has been actively working with the email group list, there are a lot of requests comming in to FFF for someone to come speak at their school, organization, event, et cetera.
Most of them request Greta to come. For obvious reasons that's not really sustainable, neither for Greta nor for the movement as a whole.
My suggested adding a page on the website where organisations can get in touch with speakers. And while I do not think that is the current priority of the project, I will add an issue for this enhancement. To be discussed or picked up by anyone who has time on their hands.
Other logistical concerns, not pertaining to the technological development of this feature, would include:
- Training speakers
- Having a list of available speakers in various regions
It seems like a big scope for the international website in its current form, particularly because there are no structures in place within the FFF movement, afaik, to handle those two logistical concerns.
