Problem/Motivation

Recently, I've been greeted by a flooded garage, while I was just sitting meters away from it behind the other side of the wall 😓

The flood sensor worked... the state in Home Assistant changed perfectly...

So, a notification would have helped to be notified early 😬

TODO: Make this notification tight into the flood sensor
