This ticket supersedes #602.

It would be great to have a search for other pages and blog posts in particular. This will need a separate design from the incident search of course.

This came up again today. Somewhat wish we had revisited this during the PFT redesign, but it would be nice to make sure it's still on our radar for the next time we have cycles for PFT features.
