Fedora 39 is about to become EOL in a few weeks. In order to remove support for it we need to:

  1. Remove references to the FPF-maintained PySide6 package in our code (see Sunsetting this repo maint-dangerzone-pyside6#5)
  2. Remove Fedora 39 from CI actions and instructions.
