Backup and transfer offline DevDoc data to new browser

I suggest the way we can export DevDocs offline data and export in new browser even in new PC so that we don't need to redownload it.

Summary

Ability to use exported DevDocs offline data and import it in DevDocs running in other browsers without redownload data.

Examples

For example I can export offline DevDocs php documentation from DevDocs in Google chrome from my laptop and copy/save it into USB flash drive and then I can import it in Google chrome running in my home desktop (i.e. no need to download).
