Shopping Cart Issue not updating quantity amount in cart without page refresh

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with my shopping cart not updating quantity amount in cart without page refresh.

The issue i am facing is that all processes go on well an item is added to cart and ready for quote, but when i add the quantity of an item to be more than one then the item in the cart does not create a quote until i refresh the page than the item amount is updated and sent to quote.
