Ralph import from prd leads to bad substitution error

Hello, I created a project by selecting GitHub and prd both in Ralph-enable step. Here is the issue that I get.

Next steps:

  1. Review and customize .ralph/PROMPT.md
  2. Edit tasks in .ralph/fix_plan.md
  3. Update build commands in .ralph/AGENT.md
  4. Start Ralph: ralph --monitor

Are you using ZSH as a shell ? It looks like a problem with the shell. If you have a bash implementation somewhere (or download one with homebrew), you could monkeypatch the scripts, or change the default shell.
EDIT : I confirm that a monkeypatch-type-change to homebrew bash from the default one fixes the problem I had.

in your example

brew install bash
cd /Users/rlpvm/.ralph/lib

If you change the first line of the referenced script to a homebrew bash or Bash4+ equivalent (ex. #!/opt/homebrew/bin/bash) It should fix the problem, should you call manually

I don't know how the maintainer wants to fix this without hurting compat with other non-Apple shells

I searched a bit more and found that only the wizard has this bash-dependent substitution, so I'll make a PR to fix this. Should not hit compat with a tr.
