Seeing as 1.15 just recently came out, and brought along the iOS app with it (which is seemingly labeled differently from the repo? The repo says it's at 0.4.0, whereas the app is at 0.1.1, but I digress), I wanted to take a look at the app listing and saw that it collected personally-identifiable data. This struck me as a bit odd, especially considering you would link it to your own Pangolin instance, so, in theory, Fossorial wouldn't ever need this data; kind of like how Fediverse servers collect data for your accounts, but all their apps collect none, as those are just clients.
Is there a reason for why Fossorial needs to collect this data? Or was it perhaps an error in how the idea of "having an account" was described to Apple?
