Currently, we're lacking good texts to communicate key events via emai.

Write defaults for these emails we will send out:
The texts should be short, crisp and clear. It's easy to write a lot, it's a craft to be short :)
And always keep in mind when writing: First be clear, then be clever.
Generally, the wording in the app is very inconsistent. As we develop it further, we'd need a clear guideline for how we call things and actions. If you have experience doing this and are interested to help us set this up, please reach out.
