both for the people who are to coordinate it for a given session (as per #138) as well as for everyone else (as per #135).

Actually, just having an overview doc with a schedule and links to the docs for the individual sessions worked reasonably well even without dedicated instructions (i.e. it wasn't the reason that many attendees did not write their notes collaboratively).
