Thank you for considering contributing to our little project.
Here's some useful information on where to get started.
- You'll need a GitHub account as everything we're doing is on GitHub these days.
Libre.fm has been around since April 2009. In that time we've moved things around for developers as the project has grown. In recent years the site has not changed much, but there's a new roadmap for things to come and the site is being worked on again.
Contributions in the following areas are very welcome right now (early October 2024)
- Updating the clients page on the wiki
- Reporting bugs with the current 2024 layout
- Design ideas for the future
- Getting the blog moved to a static site
- Advocacy work: tell people you're using Libre.fm, add links to your personal website and Fediverse profile
Right now we're not looking for much in the way of code contributions but we'll be soon looking for PHP and Rails developers.
