[readtheorg] enumeration with paragraphs inside

I made org file with enumeration and paragraphs inside it:

But when I export it to html, it looks a bit ugly:

I thing there must be some space (red arrow) between enumeration <li>, but i don't know how to do this such way that don't break compact plain enumerations without paragraphs.

adding mt-1 class to the li elements should work imo.
