This heading still ends up with a seemingly random ID, f.x outline-container-org2e835a0, instead of my custom ID. I have confirmed that, without use of these themes, exporting the same document ends up respecting the custom ID that I've set.
I went through the JavaScript files, but I didn't find any references to CUSTOM_ID. This is a primitive approach obviously.
Is there perhaps an option or something else I'm missing, or a function that is responsible for this? I already overrode generateMiniToc to disable the Toc, which worked great

I am using bigblow to create a personal website because I like how it looks. It's a very nice theme.
However I found that the theme seems to override my custom ID's for sections, f.x if I do this:
