Elgato Stream Deck Support

Problem

Discord has an integration with Elgato Stream Deck and it would be great if this could be replicated in Fluxer.

Proposed solution

Add the following functionality to match that of Discord's Stream Deck integration:

• Stream Deck Keys
  • Soundboard
  • Mute
  • Deafen
  • Connect to Voice Channel
  • Go to Text Channel
  • Push to Talk
  • Push to Mute
  • Set Audio Device
  • Server Stats
  • Voice Input Mode Toggle
  • Notifications
  • Video Toggle
  • Stream Toggle
  • User Volume Control
  • Volume Control
• Stream Deck Dials
  • User Volume Control
  • Volume Control

I realise not all of the above features are even available in Fluxer yet. I've simply listed the available keys/dials from the Stream Deck plugin.
