Paranoid instructions incomplete: What to do with CSV

The instructions of https://github.com/fluencelabs/dev-rewards/blob/main/MANUAL_INSTRUCTIONS.md don't explain how to use the resulting CSV. Do I somehow pass it to MetaMask? Please clarify in the markdown file.
