Navigate to channels from the "Manage Channels" screen #1054

When I have many channels added, the horizontal tab bar (Image 1) becomes very difficult to navigate. Swiping through many tabs to find a specific channel takes too much time and effort.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to use the "Manage Channels" screen (Image 2) as a quick way to switch channels.
Specifically, if I tap on a channel name in this list, it should instantly switch to that chat and close the manage screen.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, I have to swipe the top tab bar many times to find the channel I want.
