DS: Move R4DS Pro to the 'Other Flashcarts' list

After some community feedback, we have decided to no longer recommend the R4DS Pro. The cart has sleep mode issues, slow DLDI and some BL2CK related quirks in games - issues which the similarly priced Ace3DS+ clones do not have.
