Installation of R packages #80

Hi Fullong,
I'm try to install cutruntools on my MAC following [CUT-RUNTools-2.0/tree/master/docs/INSTALL.md. I always had issues on part 2 of installation of R packages. Can you help me to fix this. By the way, if possible, can you provide a step by step guide so it will be easier for users to figure out which step has a problem.
