Make `MockClock` implement `trio.abc.Clock`

This way we won't have to specify autojump_clock separately in the test fixture list (pytest_trio picks up classes implementing trio.abc.Clock automatically and passes them to trio.run()).

Currently blocked by python-trio/trio#3369
