The boundary recovery isn't accurate for lateral boundaries when recovering a HDiv field into a HCurl space.

These lateral boundaries are most likely to occur in Cartesian domains -- in those situations then HDiv fields can be recovered into a VectorFunctionSpace.

Otherwise, we need to implement a special routine if we want accurate boundary recovery on a curved mesh with non-periodic boundaries.
