Will there be a new release?

Will there be a new release? There are some changes since v0.4.2 came out last year. I'm particularly interested in this fix.

I'll raise with the team to see if we can get another release out soon.

I know it's not great, but for now, you may be able to use the current state of the main branch by following these steps:

1. Clone the repo and open it in your terminal.
2. Run pip install build for required package to build.
3. Run python -m build to build.
4. Open dist and move firebase_functions-*.*.*.tar.gz file inside your firebase project (must be in the functions directory).
5. Add ./firebase_functions-*.*.*.tar.gz to your requirements.txt in the functions test project.
6. Make any necessary changes then deploy.
