Hello everyone,

I have an idea for a find-mentor. Can we add error messages?
because When I was filling the google form. I need to see this process is successful or not. like this "Your request has been received. Be Relax! The system is being updated by every day at 24:00"

  3. Find Mentor Homepage
  4. Error messages ("Success")
