Upload Tag Length #159

When we initialize the picker component, we set the upload tags to something that looks like this:
This seemingly meets all of the upload tag requirements here.
However, we get the following error when uploading files: metadata exceeds varchar(256) limit. This error started happening very recently even though we have been using the same upload tags for a long time. Was there a change to the requirements for upload tags that we are not aware of? I do get a successful file upload if I remove some of the keys.
