Feature: PowerToys Peek integration

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Hello,
I see that the "Peek" functionality does not work in Files and, as far as I could understand from previous tickets, the problem was related to PowerToys not providing a way to make this work externally or with different "File Explorer" applications.

However I have just installed PowerToys 0.96 and in the changelog I read this:
Added a command-line interface for file previewing. See the Peek documentation for usage.

Maybe it's now possible to implement this?

We need to review the API, but in theory, this should now be possible to support.

Yes, it is such a beautiful feature that was catching dust, and another one is the PowerToys command palette, which can be solved by going to the command palette settings and selecting this
