Which version of gcc is needed to compile this project! #219

Which version of gcc is needed to compile this project, my current gcc version is gcc (Ubuntu 13.3.0-6ubuntu2~24.04) 13.3.0, compilation error: can't create src/obj/config.o.Have you guys ever run into a problem like this?thanks!
