Topologies

I would like to run Panoptisim with other topologies, for example one of those in zoo topology website.
what file format is accepted ?

def load_from_pickle(tm, tmsf, seedmapping, EPscalingFactor):

and you'll see how we load topologies from the pickled Topology objects. Keep in mind that pickles are not portable across different versions of Python (https://docs.python.org/2/library/pickle.html). Depending on what you're trying to do, you might be best off just implementing a similar method that takes, e.g., a JSON representation of a network topology.
