I'm not so sure, but from reading the code, what happens when a situation arises where the ignore-albums/flatten option is used and there is a file with the same name?
Is it actually rejected or overwritten by the existing file?

A code comment says that they are overwritten, but that is not true. They are skipped.

This could be improved by, instead of skipping those files, adding a integer at the end of the file name.

I have been working on a rough fix for this, but i'm having issues with live photos, hence they are made of 2 files.
