DOC: create documentation for configuring MTF tool via config files #223

by #218 there were introduced option to reconfigure MTF

separate one yaml file to to more files, somehow logical if make sense
create inline documnetaion in this yaml file
document this feature to official place -> compile new doc on readthedocs portal

phracek added the documentation label
