One-Click Pre-populate Meeting Title/Memo/Tags From Template and Start Recording

I have a lot of recurring meetings of the same type. It would be awesome if Hyprnote provided a one-click option to immediately start notetaking for a given meeting template. In the template, I'd specify the right preset Title/Memo/Tags to use for the new meeting instance. Upon clicking, all the data from the template would be prepopulated and recording would start immediately.

Bonus points if I could assign global hotkeys to each meeting template.

Oh, and it would be great if during transcription of this new instance of the meeting, we could pass into the LLM older transcriptions of the same meeting type -- that way the LLM has historical context from past meetings to make the current transcription and notes much more accurate... you could specify like "pass in the past 5 meeting notes" etc.

I think loading the whole transcript would make it harder for the LLM to generate a good summary for that session. Instead, we should extract key information from previous meetings and plug it into the current session to provide helpful context.

Absolutely. For recurring meetings, the best experience is that once you define templates or tags for the first session, every subsequent session should inherit those settings unless you explicitly update them.
