Add compatibility with php 8.4 

We are going to release Adobe Commerce 2.4.8-beta2 in February and the plan is to make it compatible with PHP 8.4. To achieve this, all default extensions we use should be compatible with PHP 8.4 as well. Can you please update the fastly extension for Adobe Commerce to make it compatible with PHP 8.4?
