Need an introduction to the building block (Section 3).

There needs to be an introduction explaining the purpose of these building blocks.
Short of having an simple illustration ( I am thinking about the onion we had all this time), we need to explain the overall rational for having these components.

Specific text to come but the introduction should include:

1. Building blocks providing the minimum list of the core components that need to be in place to make FDOs as designed work.
2. Providing enough details of the functionality's requirements to enable different implementation stacks to figure out how to make their components work.
3. General extensibility and interoperability. wisdom.
