All confidence mode lines show the same color regardless of which scenario is selected

In confidence mode, med_conf and low_conf lines were colored blue and coral regardless of the selected scenario. This made two lines with different scenarios look identical. Fixed in v1.0.0 by removing the confidence color override so color is always driven by scenario.

Fixed in commit d3a08d1 — removed CONF_COLORS override; line color is now always driven by SSP (ssp_colors dict) regardless of confidence level.
