Bulk facility resource creation

A way to do a bulk insert of facilities via the API would be nice so that existing lists of facilities can be imported easily (after being formatted appropriately). The Revisit API offers a bulk creation endpoint which can accept either an array of facility objects as a payload or a file containing the same:
