test.csv format

In the DATASET.md, it mentions that the format for kinetics-400 is like this:
path_to_video_1 label_1
path_to_video_2 label_2
path_to_video_3 label_3
...
path_to_video_N label_N

I am curious what the label_1 stands for and how to get the test.csv file in this form？

i just write a python script to generate the csv by looping all the folders contain .mp4
