Sign macOS app with a certificate

On macOS, a work around is needed to use the app: https://f3d.app/doc/user/LIMITATIONS_AND_TROUBLESHOOTING.html#macos
It would be nice to avoid that.

• Add CI logic to sign the package we produce

Also we will likely restrict bounty to returning contributors, so you would not be elligible at first I'm afraid.
