새로운 계정으로 이관하며 수정된 사항

private → public
- proxy 서버 없이도 외부에서 접근 가능하도록 (개발의 편리성, github actions에서 테스트 코드 실행시 DB 접근 가능하도록)
nks -> docker

이에따른 config 수정해야할 사항

application.yaml
- DB
- gateway routing server url
