일반적 캐시 정책은, GET 에서는 캐시 사용, GET 이외의 요청 (POST, DELETE, PUT 등) 에서는 캐시 무효화

Apache Jmeter, nGrinder 등을 통한 성능 테스트 후 필요 없다면, 폐기 해도 됨
