Standings file doesn't position managers properly when tied for points

If two managers have the same total points amount they don't get assigned the same position. Example, if Team A and Team B have 200 points in 2nd place, one team will be 2nd and one will be 3rd. Need to both be 2nd place and the team behind them should be 4th.

I guess we should take number of transfers into account here too, since the official site does that.

Should sort by total points and total transfers now, but still doesn't tie positions when both are the same.

Turns out there's a Rank field and a Rank Sort field on the model coming back from the API. If we use that instead of trying to do our own sorting and figuring out ranks, we should be golden.

On further inspection the API return stuff may only be for current week so we wouldn't be able to rerun for a whole season. May need to do it manually instead.

This is only an issue when both TT and TV are the same now. It's tricky so I'll figure it out later.
