We want to make it easy to email all rebels who are available more than 10 hours a week.

On Mailtrain, I would create a segment for my list based on availability.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None.

Additional context

• We need an availability custom field for each list
• We need to provide the info on update being created and updated
• We need to update all existing subscriptions
