I am going to deregister this document symbol provider in extension activation for us to cut v1.1.0 release. We already have it listed in our new |

This should resolve currently missing standard markdown Outline display issue and will add extra elements to that side panel tree view for the Evidence web components and maybe frontmatter/header parts.
