Hi @santilland et al

The constraint slider for Heat Adapt shows unrealistic behavior:

when using the imperviousness % slider, and going from
(0-100) to (1-100%)

the map masks out almost all low impervious areas, and just shows the very high impervious area, as in the below screenshots. Something is not working properly, as we would expect that 1-100% includes most areas..
