Enforce a minimum code coverage threshold in CI to prevent coverage regression and maintain code quality standards.
The following minimum coverage thresholds have been enforced:
- Lines: 70%
- Branches: 65%
- Functions: 70%
- Statements: 70%
- Failure Condition: CI pipeline fails if coverage drops below the specified thresholds
- Report Upload: Coverage reports are automatically uploaded to Codecov
- PR Integration: Per-file coverage metrics are provided in pull request comments
- Badge Integration: Coverage badge is displayed in the README for visibility
