[Feature Request] - Automatic /load for all users on startup

My Issue

When it crashes or the connection is lost, all people have to do /load. When they don't do it they won't getting any notifications until /load.

Would be very great if you can add an automatically /load when you start the bot with: python3 pogombot.py

Maybe impossible because of chat_ids:
But maybe you can read the filenames in userdata and send a message to the chats like "I'm rebooted"
