When looking down and running/walking the framerate drops a lot, I think it's because of the puddles you make when running/walking. I tried turning off vsync and then there was pretty much no framerate drops. Might wan't to try excluding the puddles from vsync somehow
I have a 4k monitor and when I go fullscreen and try to change the resolution it just shows the game in the resolution i set in the bottom left corner of the screen.
