Are there some breaking changes in angular 1.4 (or even 1.5 if possible) that would not work with these bindings for 1.2?

Thanks for checking out purescript-angular. I admit that the bindings have fallen out of date. I am not sure when I will have a chance to tackle making more updates, but if you're interested in refreshing things, I am definitely open to a pull request.
