Auto-markers creation - Topic detection

@reaganrewop @shashankpr Let's relook into topic identification using communities or any other approach and have initial Topic identification ready for deployment.

I have tested the previous implementation of finding discussions in the meeting and used the head of discussion segment as the start of the topic. The testing have supported my theory and the results are encouraging.
