Dunno how important this is, but fe check foo.fe is convenient for testing simple code.

fe check ~/code/eth/result.fe
ingot root file is missing
Files in ingot:
  file:///Users/sean/code/eth/result.fe: Some("result.fe")

ingot root file is missing
