Address given is not a valid Safe account

Bug description

Safe is not recognized as valid on arbitrum and eth mainnet, even though the address is valid on safe.global. Running on IPFS bafybeihiyaon2wy2dpxhhfb5xrktibob4qeaubjnl2b2alnf27oecmnm3u.

Safe contract is SafeProxy version v0.7.6+commit.7338295f.

What address are you using? I got the same using a forked network of the ethereum chain but using a different chain ID.
